The Seattle Pilots was an American
League expansion team, added in 1969.
Ballpark, ownership, and financial
problems forced the team to relocated
to Milwaukee, a decision made 6 days
before the start of the 1970 season.
Now the Milwaukee Brewers franchise.
The Seattle Pilots 1969 home schedule, restaurant paper placemat was
produced by West Coast Paper Company,
in Seattle Washington. Above the home
schedule reads "Lets Go Pilots" with
the Pilots team emblem on the left, and
to the right pictures, team President
Soriano, and General Manager Marvin
Milkes. To the left of the schedule
pictures third baseman Rich Rollins,
first baseman Don Mincher, and Voice of
the Pilots on KVI-570 broadcaster Jimmy
Dudley. To the right, Manager Joe
Schultz, Coaches Frank Crosetti, Ron
Plaza, and Sal Maglie.
Picher Gary Bell is pictured below, and to the right the home of the
Seattle Pilots, Slicks Stadium, which
also shows fence dimensions. At the
bottom reads: "The Hustling Team ....
In The American League"
